Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
يتم قبول الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب. -
Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition and packaging.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، غير مقصوصة، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف. -
Customized or cut fabrics cannot be returned.
لا يمكن استرجاع الأقمشة المقصوصة أو المصممة حسب الطلب. -
To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
بعد استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنعلمك بقبول أو رفض الاسترداد. -
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
في حال الموافقة، سيتم تحويل المبلغ خلال 5-7 أيام عمل إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية. -
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless it's our error).
رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. ويتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع (ما لم يكن الخطأ من طرفنا).

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — at no extra cost.
